This blog is for people who live primarily in the Berkshire area and want to sell their property.
I'm not sure about your experiences, but a lot of people in our area are trying to sell their homes and having not much in the way of luck. The Estate Agenct is always say things are moving, but when we drive round the streets, the boards seem to be up for a long time.
Although we specialise in buying properties quickly, we'd be very keen to hear your experiences in this area so that you can share what works and what doesn't with other people.

If you do want to sell your property, here are couple of tips to help you on your way in the current finanical market. We hope these help.
1) Needless to say, always make sure your property is clean and well maintained.
2) There are lots of buyers on the Internet. Try to register with some dedicated buying sites (like ours!) and see how this changes from your previous experience.
3) There are lots of buyers out there, if you can get out of the "Estate Agency only" mind set, and are willing to think a little more flexibility, you can sell your house quickly.
